How my journey began

For me, I fell in love with short-term rental when I converted my little carriage house behind my personal home to an Airbnb. I have since helped over 500 hosts get started, co-host over 35 properties and am actively building my own portfolio.

As a former investment banker – specializing in secured real estate - I understand the data and numbers, as a mom and natural caretaker I understand hospitality, and as a former property manager I understand attention to detail.

I also serve on the board of Mile High Host, a ground-breaking host advocacy non-profit creating connection between community, hosts, and government.

Airbnb is an art and a science. If you buy right, get set-up correctly, and market and price effectively you can absolutely outperform similar properties – by tens of thousands effortlessly.
